Harness the power of Dynamics 365 within Outlook

User adoption of any software could be slow at best. Often as a CRM Admin, you battle with users that want a simpler, faster way to supply data and to connect to existing data.
Microsoft business email Program for Outlook may be the tool that your company needs. It brings lots of the features found within Dynamics 365 right into Outlook — a tool most users interact with multiple times per day. Users can’t just synchronize their contacts, emails, appointments, and tasks involving Outlook and CRM, but also add Accounts, Opportunities, and Lead directly from the comfort of the email inbox.

Deployment
Once the user launches Outlook 2016 (or higher) or the Outlook web variation, they have the power of the CRM in their fingertips.
